2 cups (=500 ml) of whole milk

1 cup (=250 ml) of heavy whipped cream

1 glass of Sweet Marsala Wine

3 Oz (=80 gr) + 1 tablespoon of sugar

1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg

in a large metal bowl

add the yolks

with an electric mixer

add slowly, 3 Oz (=80) of sugar

until it is thick and pale yellow

add the milk

the Marsala Wine

and the nutmeg

move every into a Carafe

beat the whites

with a tablespoon of sugar

you have a nice white creamy consistency

Add the white to the rest of the mixture
